I had purchased 2 specs with progessive lens. I had told the owner that we got offer from other store and he informed me that there quality will not be good. I told him my family members purchased from that store and it was good. After using i felt that there is some issue with the glass.I checked the glass from another shop and the shop person told me its a below basic quality.

Please check the delivery dates and track it properly... These guys are experts in pushing the dates and make you struggle . Check the frame and the lens cost in other shops or online and then decide to buy from this shop. This owner who responded to this review is the one whom I had delt with ... He is the one who first tells 2 days then extends to 4 days and makes u run around...

I bought a specs 2 weeks ago and i accidentally broke them. I went their for fixing them and I was surprised by their quick and clean service(I am not exaggerating, I was that much surprised and happy and grateful). Their service is perfectly perfect👌(ENTE PONNADAAVE THEER SAANAM). They have a huge collection of specs for various types of people too. I always suggest to buy your specs from alappey opticals. Its easy to reach there from Alappuzha town.

I bought a glass worth 20k and asked for an extra case(I had asked for it on the day I ordered and they said they will give ),but the rude staff refused when I went to pickup the glass. Only for the manager to give it. They have good glasses but rude staff
