I had a fantastic experience at this eye hospital. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The staff were friendly, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

My mother's cataract surgery done. Very good homely atmosphere. But waiting is a problem but all staffs handle it with a smile.

I recently visited this hospital with my 4-month-old baby for an eye test, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and inattentive, and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming, especially for a parent with a young child. The wait time was excessively long, and the process felt chaotic and disorganized. My baby was made to feel uncomfortable, and the lack of clear communication from the staff left me feeling frustrated and anxious. This should have been a simple visit, but instead, it added stress to an already stressful situation. I expected a much higher standard of care, especially when it comes to infants, and I would not recommend this hospital for pediatric eye tests. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future parents and children.
