Very bad experience. I ordered contact lenses for 6 months and asked me to pay in advance, which was a mistake. Because when I went to pick up the product, he gave me glasses for 3 months with a lower prescription than the one I asked for and a worse brand than the one I had paid for. He refused to give me the money back and I had to keep this. I was definitely scammed. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE with orders even if you ask for it. There are many more opticians in the city much more professional.

I was on vacation in Kerala and had lost my glasses the previous day, Sydney opticals prepared my glasses within three hours of us requesting them. My power is quite high so it was difficult to get the right lenses but they instantly contacted people saying it’s urgent and got the glasses ready for pick up within hours. Great experience.

Never buy here. They promised you ultra thin glasses (3-4 mm) and after paid for it, they give you a very thick glasses (8-9mm) with no possibility of refund. They excused themselves saying that it is because the power of the lenses (2.5D). Unbelievable.
