Very very poor response from shop employees, I paid the full amount for new lens change for my old specs and gave one week time, but still I called from morning onwards the employees not giving me a proper response and now time is 7.30pm still employees don't know the status of my specs. VERY VERY worst experince, normally a shop will take 2 to 3 days to change new lens, but here after one week also they didn't know what is the condition of my glass and lens. simply waste

It's a useless service. They will stick their product on our heads and then if we complain about anything, they won't replace it. I lost my 3500.

Great service, Ophthalmologist Maria has taken a detailed eye assessment during the eye test. They got variety of glasses. Completely satisfied.

Their customer service is terrible. My mother and I had to wait inside the store for a good 15 minutes that too standing since the only available chairs were occupied. One of the staff members saw us waiting twice when she came out of the eye testing room but did not acknowledge our presence at all and hence we left without waiting further. She just looked at us and walked back inside. I've never seen any staff at such a reputed shop behave in such an arrogant manner. She could have provided us with seating facility and then asked us to wait which we would've happily done. We visited this store after seeing such positive reviews online but never going back again due to unprofessional staff behavior.
