Known as LF is one of the oldest and most famous eye hospitals in Kerala, India, also provides a wide range of services for all illnesses and diagnoses. The place has ample parking and enough space in the surroundings. Canteen provides tea and snacks to the waiting areas, which is very helpful for the patients and bystanders. The hospital atmosphere is clean and hygienic. The cleaning staff deserve appreciation for their job.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the management of patient flow and the overall experience at the hospital. My recent visit was quite frustrating due to the inefficiencies observed during the appointment process. I arrived early in the morning with my mother for a neurology consultation with Dr. Jomal. Unfortunately, we experienced significant delays, waiting over three hours without any updates on our token number or patient status. This lack of communication and monitoring is concerning, especially considering that patients are often dependent on nurses for information. It was disheartening to see that patients who arrived after us were allowed in while our token number did not move. This inconsistency in patient management raises questions about the fairness and efficiency of the system. Given that I traveled from Chengannur specifically for this appointment, the experience was particularly disappointing. I urge the hospital management to consider implementing a monitoring system for patients, which would greatly enhance the experience and ensure that all patients are treated equitably. Overall, the management of the hospital requires significant improvement to ensure better service and patient satisfaction.

We came specifically to consult Dr. Roshin Poulose, Gastroenterologist. His expertise and patient care were the main reasons we came back. He is highly knowledgeable, always makes time to answer our calls, even after we've returned home, which gives us great peace of mind. The hospital itself is well-equipped and the staff, including nurses, are all extremely professional and caring. We have full confidence in this hospital and its team, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking quality medical care.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at LF Hospital. Despite booking an appointment a month in advance, I had to wait for hours to see the doctor. the hospital seemed to prioritize medical representatives over patients, which is unacceptable. The power cuts every 30 minutes were not only frustrating . As a patient, I expect a certain level of care and attention, which was lacking in this hospital. I would advise the hospital administration to revisit their patient management system and prioritize those who need medical attention over promotional visits. Additionally, addressing the power issue would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The hospital provides excellent patient care – the staff is attentive, and the treatment facilities are really good. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the 6th floor waiting area for visitors. It feels like they’ve completely forgotten about it! The AC doesn’t work, the fans don’t work, even the lights and TV are off. It's suffocating and uncomfortable, especially for those waiting long hours. How can a hospital that claims to care for people ignore the basic comfort of visitors? PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY! Visitors are also part of the healing process, and their comfort matters too.

L F Hospital ankamali is very good. Now I am in Ankamali lf hospital.from morning I am waiting for a Room still not aloted.now I am sitting in ward number 8.one sister was on duty compleated her time and left at 7pm. Before leaving d am she informed the other ward sister but nobody has come to attend

I think this purifier hasn't been cleaned for the past month. Full dust and not clean. How can we trust the water from it. Additionally, there are three outlet, one for Hot water and two for normal water. However in both day and night, only hot water is coming from all three outlets. Iam not sure what "Normal water" mean for this purifier.

Little Flower Hospital is well famous for its Ophthalmology department. The hospital provides great services and care to the patients. Because of the famous Ophthalmology department and doctors, the hospital is really crowded. The waiting is quite exhausting. Apart Canteen provides tea and snacks to the waiting areas, which is very helpful for the patients and bystanders, other services are average. The hospital atmosphere is clean and hygiene. The cleaning staffs deserve appreciation for their job. LF doesn't have a wider parking area and other parking facilities are poor.
