Have some insensitive doctors. The lady doctor who attended my 2 year old son was very insensitive. She thinks speaking Harsh and rude with parents is how to be treated.

Rude nurses. Waste your whole day in waiting and prescribed unnecessary glasses after saying i had no vision issues a week before 🤡 👎

One of the best opthalmology hospital in Ernakulam district. The doctors are professional. The management could improve the air circulation, waiting area facilities and number of doctors to enhance the public ratings.

I'm extremely disappointed with LF Hospital's poor service, inefficient systems, and inflated prices. The staff was uncooperative, and the booking and payment processes were outdated. Waiting periods were excessively long with no communication. Comparatively, nearby multi-specialty hospitals offer better services at lower prices. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations, and I wouldn't recommend LF Hospital to anyone.

I'm deeply disappointed with the attitude and treatment my father received from eye specialists( Girija ). For over a year, they treated his eye condition without ever explaining the underlying issue or why it was happening. They simply diagnosed it as glaucoma and prescribed only eye drops as treatment. My father suffered from severe headaches, but their response made it seem like he was to blame. Seeking a second opinion at AIIMS, we discovered the real problem was related to his retina, and he underwent surgery. It feels like they negligently mishandled his condition, putting his vision at serious risk.

Very bad service ..they didnt respond to our questions or opinions ..even if we call they didnt attend them ..very poor services provided

Worst eye clinic with no idea of management .how to manage people time and appointment using a screen and token system .it's just basic. Instead they are interested in firing people from job
