Rosamma Eye Clinic

They checked and said I have a short site and need to put on specs for .5 power. As I was not impressed with their service and behaviour I thought taking second opinion I went to one of the other clinics and they found I have .25 them I got confused finally I went to LF hospital and checked it was .25 there too. A difference of more than 50%. Attitude Service Facilities All are bad Strongly not recommending.

The worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Pls don’t visit this doctor as she is a cold hearted beast. One of the essential ethics of medical profession is empathy and she is a sadist in that case. We are paying to consult her, It’s not free. What right does she have to humiliate us and insult us ??? Here is what happened with me…. I went for an eye check up with my mother a few years back. My mother got her periods which she was unaware of and when she got up from the chair , there was a bit of blood on the chair. Mrs Rosamma is also a woman , is she not ? As soon as she saw the blood she started shouting and screaming at my poor mother in front of everyone. Pls note that there was also a male patient in the same room and her other staffs. I was very angry and furious with her I felt like slapping her and giving her a piece of my mind but i just held back. When I looked at my mother her face was red and she was crying. My mom is a nurse who graduated at the top of her class and we were NRI’s settled in the gulf. At that moment I wondered what right did we have to be treated that way. If it was some other country and she behaved like this, her license would have been taken away a long time ago. She also shouted at my mother for not remembering the exact power of my eyes which was taken a year ago. I mean does Rosamma remember the things she learned in sociology about medical ethics and communication skills ???? This place should be shut down , I don’t know why it’s still open . Pls guys , don’t go to her , if u wish to be treated like a human . SHE IS THE QUEEN OF INSULTING AND HURTING PEOPLE EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY. I would have given zero star if possible. Such a cold hearted doctor. Was very rude and judgemental. Expected experience and wisdom of her age, but just an immature, tantrum - throwing child inside. Consulting her was a complete waste of time and energy. A kind request to not consider visiting her. Giving a review of 1 since that's the least review that can be given, orelse would have gone for sub zero review.

My first visit in dr .rosamma but very very bad experience. She cannot understand the patients feeling. Very bad Really rude attitude. Didn't understand the exact issue of ours. Avoid this doctor at all costs! Their attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional – I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The worst DR I ever met,really unprofessional. She is not eligible for calling as a doctor. She cannot understand the patients feelings ..Please don’t recommend to anyone .
