I have been using Lenskart for along time now. I was satisfied with their service until now. This is the first time I am getting a bad attitude from the staff here. That is why am leaving this well deserved 1 star for this store. Since I couldn't go to the store as I was unwell, I sent my cousin on my behalf to go there. But there he was insulted badly just because he didn't know the details of the order and asked me to talk to one of the representatives named Rima. The next time I need a new pair, I will never visit this store again, even if I have to travel 10 km more to reach the next store.

Dear franchise owner, if this message finds you, consider it your wake-up call before your showroom shutting down because of your employees. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store on March 15, 2025. As a loyal customer and Gold Member since 2017, I have had the opportunity to visit several of lenskart stores across India and I had wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular store was pathetic. Despite spending over 20 minutes in the store, I was not assisted by any staff member in selecting glasses, nor was I greeted. This was not an isolated incident, as I had a similar experience when I visited with a friend last year. I was expecting a better experience this time, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude and behavior remained unchanged. I was surprised to find that other customers have had similar experiences, as reflected in the Google reviews. I hope that the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to train the staff on basic customer service skills, including common courtesy and respect. I have mentioned the date of my visit to facilitate any necessary action. Thank you!

The customer service they provide was too good and the stuffs they had were also nice. I couldn't find any negative things about the staff memebers, everyone was so polite and respectful towards me. Overall this outlet and staff members deserves an applause.

The website shows price 2000 inclusive of Lens, but when I visited, the price comes to 4000. For a normal lens... What a fantastic reply: if any concern. So, this person feel this is not a concern at all. I wonder how these people survive. Really bad.😡🤬

Worst experience from the side of staffs. I arrived the shop on 10.20 am and the shop is opened but the staff kept me waiting on the outside ,on this heavy sunny day. No humanity or anything . Show some kindness towards customers.
