Mainly, they do not attend to us after entering the store. I selected my frame around 11 am, and they tested my eyes around 12 pm. I literally waited an hour for this. The next issue is with the staff. They do not address the customers properly. They call some customers "sir," and the rest are not addressed at all or are addressed in the local language. Therefore, please visit the nearest outlet for better service.

I ordered one glass for my father with offer buy one get one free.I payed 350 rupees for the membership as well.They told me I will get a coupon on the same day, using that coupon u can get the second one with in one month time.Now it’s more than one week, still I am waiting for the coupon.But after the delivery the store people are telling, they are not aware of this offer, which is really embarrassing and totally against the trust of the customers.Totally bad experience.

Recently visited Chengannur lenscart for an eyeglass for my father. Impressive attention to detail by the staff. They are so friendly and Knowledgeable regarding products and prices. Collection is not that great but whatever available is of quality and worth for every penny that we are spending. Situated next to Shymas honda and shop is open upto 8.30. Appreciatie to take the point rewards while getting new glasses.

Today I have visited my nearest lenskart outlet but they failed to serve a "good service. The staff didn't even took an interest in selling their products. The service here is extremely horrible and would not recommend this outlet of lenskart in Chengannur. My advice to the owner would be to fire these staff members. PLEASE IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙏

I see the reviews for this store are mostly positive. If you don't want to see the passive-aggressive side of staff (Manisha), please avoid visiting the store at least 1 hour before the closing time. If you're that happy customer who visits during these hours, you can hear them rap the specs and select the frames for you.

Today I visited this shop during payment staff hesitate to accept cash , says need Gpay. Is there any rule that they accept only Gpay, the reason they says if any refund of cash due to any issue they will deduct almost 1000 Rs if it is cash payment. strange rules. bad service

We reached at the store around 8pm and the store staff Manisha was rude and not explaining the details properly. She was in a hurry to close the store. So we couldn't check anything properly and ended up buying the first one

Very bad service! The staff is uncooperative and does not inform customers about service schemes or insurance during the purchase. My glasses broke, and when I approached them for repair, they had no repair options available. So fix it ‘ Quick Fix’ They do not offer services for maintaining lenses, replacing frames, or repairing frames. Additionally, if you forget to add insurance, you won’t be eligible for a replacement. but all these available with local eye care shops ..
