Hi myself sanusha came in chaithanya thrikkakara with my mother's complicated cataract. All staff was so helpful for me with their soothing manner. Dr. Sunil is an excellent surgeon i ever met. My mother underwent both eyes cataract surgery and her vision is excellent. All wishes deep from my heart ❤️.

I’m deeply disappointed with the inconsistent experience my mum received at this eye clinic for cataract surgery. Our first visit a week ago was excellent—staff were courteous and attentive, and the recovery room had en-suite facilities (though lacking a hand shower and toilet rolls). However, the second surgery was a complete letdown. While the staff remained kind, the post-operative care was shockingly poor. Unlike last time, I was abruptly asked to leave from the post operative room just five minutes after my mum was taken in, supposedly due to a high volume of surgeries that day. I gathered her belongings and was sent to the waiting area with other patients. When she was brought down in a wheelchair, she was left in plain view with no privacy or dignity. Instead of a proper recovery room, she was placed in an examination room on the main floor, separated only by a flimsy sliding door, where she had to change. The staff (Tiji) provided vague excuses and an insincere apology. It’s clear that the clinic is currently prioritizing expansion and revenue over patient care, and the difference in service from just a week ago is unacceptable. If they are struggling to maintain standards due to their business focus, this is not a good time to trust them with something as important as eye surgery. We left feeling humiliated and extremely disappointed. I sincerely hope the clinic reassesses its priorities and ensures all patients receive the dignified care they deserve.

I experienced a severe eye infection in both eyes. Initially, I went to Tony Fernandes eye hospital in Aluva, where Dr. Tony's incorrect diagnosis unfortunately worsened the condition. After two weeks of waiting and no improvement, I sought a second opinion at this hospital with Dr. Sunil Bhaskar. I started feeling better right away and was fully cured within a week.

Good hospital, Dr Sunil is very good and he listen to us very patiently. But there is lady in blue uniform who stands in front of the doctor's room, who guide us to the doctor, she talks very rude. She have no patience and she talk to us as if we are taking treatment in her cost or rather free of cost. I request the management to appoint someone who can talk nicely and not to talk as if making fun of the visitors. If management contacts me privately, i can explain

Done both eyes cataract surgery for my mother and very happy with the experience and very professional staffs, Dr sunil is so nice and humble. I will surely recommend my relatives and friends here.
