My both eye's Cataract surgery done by Dr.Sunil kumar.At first my right eye done few months before,very easier with the expertise of Sunil Sir and to a normal life activity within minutes after surgery and got a vivid clear vision. So now done my left eye's Cataract surgery also by Dr.Sunil with his own very easy and light simple procedures and minimum medications.Now my both eyes have clear visions, I am fully Satisfied and relaxed. With all trust in God,I have 100% opinion that Dr.SunilKumar is a Diamond in Eye Care and Cataract Surgery.We can consult him with full Confidence and Trust.

Dr.Sunil Kumar is an expert in eye care and correct diagnosis with minimum medicines.The staffs are very friendly and helpful.Overall ambience of the establishment is good especially the premises kept good.

Doctors service is good but customer service is really very bad the employees are really very irresponsible do not even do their job completely there service cannot be rated full out of full because every time they will leave something behind In their service In my case I changed my lens power I give my frame to clear all the problems I said which are the problems to be solved in detail I trusted their service but they broke my trust when I brought my frame the problems which I told to fix them are not even solved I give full payment to fixed the lens and the frame's all problems but they just change the power of the lens and give it to me the problem of my lens which I asked to solve them were not even solved my lens was in a bad condition the clinic was really very much distant from my house so in order to solve the problem I visited the nearby store they said that the lens is only with almost 600 to 700 but they take 2900 rupees it's over due I request the owner of this clinic to improve your customer service or else customer feedback will be very bad if we call them to say something about the problem they will immediately cut off the phone and the number will be unreachable they did not even respect the customers One more opinion from my side to improve your customer service is improve the way you talk to your customers at least make them feel that you respect their opinion not make them disrespect it will be not good for your clinic I would never ever recommend this clinic to anybody the doctors are good but the customer service is really very much bad that you will get mad

My mother recently visited the lady doctor. My mom hadn't taken her specs. The doctor had a very rough approach to her due to this and she was unwilling to check the power as she had to start checking frim scratch. Moreover the optometrist was on leave that day and she asked my mom to return on an another day when the optometrist is available. A doctor should be aware of an optometrist duties and works, asking a patient to return when the staff is available is just not professional. Time is valuable for everyone.

First of all very prompt attenders and speedy action with proper analysis before taking the patient to Doctor. Dr. Jayalakshmi is so humble which I never come across in my life. In TOTO if you see the doctor itself all your problems are resolved. Best wishes......

Doctor takes real good care of the procedures during his consultations with patients. I had a tiny surgery done over my eye lid and he made sure that it was done with precision and also that the post surgery aesthetic looked good too.

My wife and mother in law went for eye consulting. Consultant was fine but their customer service is really pathetic. On booking we have paid 5k as advance and they both prescribed for sepcs. Today morning they called up and informed my wife spec is ready and mon will take one more day and is possible to pay up. My wife asked if they have card payment which they said as they relocated they haven't got it yet and they suggested Gpay or bank transfer . I have tried paying by Gpay but the payment was not going after 2k . So we called them and said this is the problem will try to pay fully but unfortunately it was not going through and by evening my wife got call from them asking why are you not paid the amount they can't close the bill unless we pay half amount or full amount. So I tried again and lucky full payment was gone through. Later again we called and informed will come to collect the spec by next day evening then they said mom specs will take additional 1 more day. They behaved to us like we already took the product and not making the payment. They were not polite to customers who has due amount . The way of their approach changed after we made full amount. To those who visit here have to make sure all their policies are learned by you. Other wise they will call at night even asking money for service which we actually not got. They can take advance amount but they can't post advance amount of pending amount and make collection of balance amount by tomorrow rather than calling customer at night and asking to make the payment. I will not suggest this hospital to anyone or we won't go there anymore after this.

My Cataract surgery for L eye done by you on 22.7.22 was excellent. I never felt any surgery pain, moreover I used this eye for all purpose from day of surgery till this time as my R eye is of poor vision. No red colour/foggy till this time. Only twice a day eye drops do away with conventional system of every 2 hr gap is also excellent. It is really a wonder. Thank you Dr.for your magical touch and new updations & inventions. Vijayakumar.
