Service is the biggest problem Anything happens to your glasses the only option they have is sent it to kozhikode for fixation and then you can forget your glasses for weeks and maybe almost a month You will need a good pair of spare glasses to rely on them

Very bad experience. Even though your business is in 4 or 5 figures, the treatment of the staff to you is just like beggars (13-01-25,6.30pm).

However, both purchases have left me disappointed as the frames proved to be of poor quality, rendering the spectacles unusable within a few months. Firstly, I would like to address the issue of frame durability. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, I expected the frames to be sturdy and long-lasting. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Both sets of spectacles experienced significant frame deterioration within a short period of time, rendering them unwearable. This issue has not only inconvenienced me but has also caused financial strain as I had to replace the spectacles sooner than anticipated. Furthermore, the lack of durability is particularly frustrating considering the substantial investment I made in your products. As a loyal customer, I expected your company to prioritize the quality and reliability of its products. Bought a Frame around 4k, said 2 year warrenty, but Frame loose on one side after an year, applied some gum , that's the warranty
