Titan Eye+ at Tirupunithura, Cochin

Staff has no basic idea about watch and service. I went there for service. There itself it took around more than half an hour to took watch for service. Then after a week they called me to collect the watch which was repaired. When i went to the to collect watch, they asked me to pay without giving the bill. I don’t know for what reason, they explained that once i make payment then only they can print the bill. So i made the payment. When the bill handover to me I checked the items, there were no items billed which they said they have changed. And they couldn’t even explain what was in the bill. One of the worst experiences.

This was my first spectacles from Titan eye+ and I am thoroughly impressed. After a poor experience from a reputed eye hospital in Trivandrum, I had given up on progressive and managed with a simple reading glass for some time. So I went for probably the cheapest progressive from Titan eye+. Wow, this really worked. Near and distance vision is near perfect. Thank you Titan eye+.

Very good service. Went for buying new pair of lenses & frames for my mother. The technician was very gentle & patient. She took time to show various models & explained about the lenses. Overall great experience.

Best service ever from a company till now. Really loved being a customer there, and really happy for buying my specs from you. I had a manufacturing defect, and later came to have scratches on it. I gave them The Warrenty claim and warrenty was approved with proper inspection within a week of time. I really appreciate Mrs Neethu for her selfless service mentality and she deserves all the appreciation and thanks from me.

Bought a specs for mother 2 years back for 4500 After 1.5years the coating of the glass start to go.. When enquired in their another branch at manglore said coating has only 1 year warranty later cant do anything.... Lost entire money... Such looting people

Dear All I have a very good experience visiting and doing the purchase from Thripunithura showroom, the team is very friendly in assisting our requirement. I have ordered one reading glass 2 weeks back but due to lockdown it got delayed and I was travelling abroad on 14th and I was doubtful I will receive before this but the team arranged the shipment on priority and get it delivered to me personally. I'm thankful to the team for their professional dealings and the importance given to customer.

On 28th Jan 2023, I purchased two specs from this shop for Rs.35000/- .Both the specs are absolutely bad products (got soda glasses and lenses are with different thickness even if eyes are having same power!!!) and also not able to read. Deeply disappointed.
