Chaithanya Eye Hospital

Very bad experience visited with the kid of age 5, was accompanied by father and mother. They are not allowing 2 person with a kid. This kind of hospitality on the branch is horrible, as we approach the doctors or the hospital to get care and friendly approach. The staff needs to be pleased and pleasant while handling the patients or the person accompanied them especially with the kids. Not even recommended single star for the service provided by the staff..

Good service and experienced doctors but they don't have advance booking for consultation most of the time we have to wait for a long time. It seems they have only 2 doctors and one of them would be busy with operations and another one doctor have to manage the other patients. Another disappointing factor is parking, they have a very little space in front of the building which shares with the bank and other shops, which doesn't meet the customer density.

Bad experience Even if,review on next day,hav to do vision testing which will take 2 hours of waiting Den again doctors consultation requires 2 hours of waiting time Recommended only for people who can spend 6 hours patiently for a review appointment.

Pathetic way of behaving Arrogant way Either she must be in some other way of tension or is this the way how u behave with a patient or fellower. Plz avoid visiting if u really want to clear out ur doubts . Or else if ur happy nd ready to admit what they say then plz do visit them

Worst experience. Dr. Annie Eappen is very rude to the patients, she doesn't know how to behave to a patient. Even she doesn't listen to the needs. For consulting her i spend 200. Which is totally loss.. I haven't experienced Such kind of irritation in my life. I recommend every one not to consult the doctor anymore

I've read many negative reviews about Dr.aanie eepan before visiting this hospital. unfortunately I got an appointment with dr.Parvathy. she is very humble and well experienced one.she discribed everything without any hesitation and I'm satisfied with this visit

Very bad experience from Dr.Annie Eappen.I have never consulted an agressive and arrogant doctor like her.If we consult a doctor like her then it will be a total waste of money. She is not even ready to hear our issues.Such a rude behaviour.

Such a rude behavior from Dr. Annie. She doesn't even know the basic manners in treating a patient. Hence, I started consulting Dr. Binoy and she should learn from him. Kudos to Dr. Binoy for his professional ethics and humbleness.
