There was a good parking facility, I came to see the doctor, called the name at the reception without much delay, saw the doctor and asked to buy glasses...the behavior of the doctors, staff and non-staff was very good...

A well maintained eye care centre which have a centralised AC system. It has an operation theatre and a pharmacy and a specs store . There are more than 3 doctors . Systematic

Too crowded. Understaffed... Poor organisation and handling of patients. Update: Seems it was a rush day, during my earlier visit and hence the chaos. Visited today and found the centre perfect in everything right from the parking, reception, consultation and helping staff. Apologies for my earlier comments. However the management needs to have in place facilities to handle rush days.

Poor managememt.. I got appionment around 15:00 Hrs but have to wait till 17:30hrs to see the doctor.. The area was too much rush and i was not even able to sit. Even after getting the appionment have to wait too long. This was not the first time i am facing the same issue pervious time i visited the hospital situation was same.

The staff is extremely unpleasant. They are demanding that I obtain a test printout from an external location for a surgery that costs 19500. It's surprising that such a large hospital lacks a printer, and I had to travel all over town for a simple printout. Despite requesting that we remove our footwear outside, all of the staff are wearing shoes and sandals indoors. My mother put on a new surgical mask before entering the hospital, and the staff removed it and provided a new one, which the receptionist handed over with unclean hands. So, what's the point? The staff is impolite and disrespectful.

Recently I had disappointing experience with the hospital administration and accounts dept. After following several requests for the invoices ,they didn't provide me a bill or invoices for our payments done for the treatment. As we all know if you pay for something or services we will get statement of charges or Invoice, Bills in return . So pethatic.

The hospital treatment is good. Super arrogant lady (wearing specs) sitting as a cashier, near the pharmacy. She is so rude to all the customers. Feeling pity for the owner, Thomas doctor who is our acquaintance. Should replace her immediately. 0 stars for that culture less woman.

Negative 1) Wondering why patients are asked to leave their slippers out while all staffs are using slippers inside and it’s the same slippers they use while going to the washroom. Pls rethink. 2) Out of my past experiences here I have noticed they advise the middle/rich class to do unnecessary checkups Positive… 1) Doctors are well experienced
