Lenskart.com at Chungam Junction, Kalpetta

This is my first visit to lenskart .. but they are cheaters..be careful the service was very worst we bought spectacles from here which costs as around Rs10,000 ..useless the lady who Cheked us not cheked properly and gave us wrong glasses which we can not view any thing .. the frames was very worst and they are adding insurance without out knowing us and charging for that..be careful they says insurance is included in the price but it’s optional if you don’t buy insurance it will be less by 2000.as we live in abroad we can’t take back but when I come back to India I will return to them with free of cost.. better to buy Rs 500 reading glasses…will never go again .. they will give ads like cheap prices but when you go there it will be minimum Rs7000 for worst quality frames and glasses.. just wasted our hard earned money Rs 10,000 😡😡

Had a great shopping experience at Lenskart! The store had a wide variety of stylish frames and lenses to choose from. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Mr. Basil, the optometrist, for his excellent service. He was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly during the eye check-up.
