Recently visisted this hospital and i had a very good experience. Well communication and experienced doctors and good patient care as well

Hi The service of hospital staff is very good.... However, when referred to the optical shop downside, we have to wait for a very long time...( Even more time to see a doctor), They don't know how to value time, we waited an hour to get to know what doctor has communicated to optical shop regarding power. I really wonder how a much talkative person can manage a crowd and what pleasure they receive by keeping wait....So if you are running short of time, better visit a different optical shop with doctor prescription....

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from here worth 4.5K and was sorely disappointed. Despite being assured of their quality, the lenses quickly accumulated scratches after a year of use. When I approached the shop for assistance, they dismissed my concerns with flimsy excuses, leaving me with a damaged product and no recourse. Avoid this establishment at all costs if you value quality and customer service.
