I consulted Dr. Athira Devaraj and thought I should put up a review for her. The doctor was highly professional in her approach and with utmost patience listened to all the queries and cleared every doubt and was not at all reluctant to do all the required tests by herself. Overall a very satisfied patient experience. The hospital staff is also very polite and professional.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. The doctor prescribed contact lenses, and I placed the order as advised. When I went to collect them after two weeks, one lens was missing due to staff carelessness. I tried reaching out multiple times but got no response. After another two weeks, they finally answered my call, only to tell me the missing lens would be chargeable. This is unacceptable, especially when the mistake was clearly on their part. Very poor customer service and lack of responsibility. I expected better professionalism from a healthcare provider.

Had cataract done for my mom, Yet no comments on the feedback of the lens used . Surprised about the billing process , lens from 15k to 85k per eye. And everyone has the same services but different fee for surgery,consultation, OT and material fee while services are all same. And appointment process is useless frankly, bunch of people waiting and no fans in all area and Ofcourse AC not in use. Super hot and everyone is literally being showered with sweat. Hospital management should review this @Jothyseyecare Kannur

We have done a procedure for our 1 and half year old son . After the procedure they just gave the child back we were not informed anythin’ sog what they have done , about aftercare nothing even after enquired about this to multiple staff we haven’t got any proper answer. Within 4 days swelling has appeared on the eyes we enquired hospital authority via phone whether this is normal after discussing it with the dr they informed us to visit hospital,after waiting for so long we consulted he said it’s quiet normal . They should have given proper instructions after surgery or at least informed us when we contacted through phone. Very very unprofessional.

one of the best comprehensive ophthalmology hospital, was fortunate to have my cataract surgery done at jothis ,under the gifted hands of Dr Jaison, 10 minutes and everything is over. All hospital staffs at jothis are well trained to do their job. very courteous staff, extremely neat and clean set up with utmost precautions taken for patients safety, good infection control practice. overall it was worth sharing this wonderful experience.
