I want to sincerely thank Dr. Tom Jose and the entire team at Kim’s Dialysis Unit for the care and support they gave my mother during her dialysis treatment, which lasted for almost two years. It was a difficult journey, but the compassion and dedication of the team made it so much easier for our family. The nurses and staff were always kind, respectful, and supportive. They treated my mother with great care, and we always felt she was in safe hands. A special thanks to Dr. Tom Jose for his constant guidance, calm presence, and reassuring words throughout this period. His support meant a lot to us.

I recently visited KIMS Sreechand and opted for their Executive Health Checkup Plan. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience. One thing I truly appreciated was that a staff accompanied me throughout the process, making it much easier to navigate between departments and complete all the required tests without confusion. Their support made the entire experience feel more personal and less stressful. The staff were professional and courteous, and the checkup itself was thorough. The doctors took time to explain my results clearly, and I was given a detailed report along with practical health advice. The only drawback was the pharmacy experience. It was quite crowded, and the medicine dispatch was delayed. I hope this part of the service is improved going forward. Despite that, I would still recommend the Executive Plan at KIMS SREECHAND for anyone looking for a comprehensive health checkup with great medical support throughout the process.

Earlier this hospital was doing a great service, but today 18/04/2025, we went for a scan and they asked to fill the stomach with water, expecting the similar service we received we asked for a bottle of water, and they guided us to a cooler kept in the coridoor. Then I asked for a glass they pointed out me to the glass kept on top of the cooler which is shared by every patient, how can a patient use a glass which is already used by many patient, what care of hygiene this hospital has towards the patient. Totally dissatisfied with this kind of non hygienic activities.

I ,m coming form papini sheri my mother was admitted to Kims sreechand hoispital for had a pulmonary edema dr,.nazeeb took good care of her. The hoispital ,s service was excellent, and the nursing staff was great .the cleaning services and coordinater were also impressive the staff including the ip coordinator.rithunandha and management were all very cooperative. I,ve seen many hoispital ,but Kims sreechand hoispital stands out. The management ,including dr nazeeb,and coordinator rithunandha are all doing a great job.l recommend Kims sreechand hoispital to everyone

My wife had some problems with pregnancy. My wife's uterus had two 14 and 13 cm fibroids and a baby at 34 weeks. Doctor Hariprasad, who is treating her, came to Kims Srichand Hospital and said that they can do caesarean section and hysterectomy together. On 25-1-25 we reached Kim's Shri Chand Hospital and successfully operated. On the second day my wife walked on her own. Kims Shree Chand Hospital has doctors and nurses who care like their own brothers. especially SICU NICU nurses. The nurses who attend the NICU are specially trained nurses to care for babies as if they were their own mothers. Dr. Hariprasad, Dr. Ashish Benz, Dr. Dr. Tufail VB, pediatric doctor. The hospital management thinks like another Aster in Kannur. Yes Fees and other charges are same as Aster. But the facilities are unchanged from the old ones. Srichand was better.Employees lack proper training. Communication with the patient is minimal. Not everyone is laughing,like a pressure cooker 😂 Even the washroom men side flush is not correct. Is there a floor manager to look after all that??? Or avoided cost cutting? The patient is asked to add a little more convenience, though not as much as the fee

Excellent neonatal Department! I had to undergo an emergency c-section and My baby was born pre-term needing intensive care for more than a month. The hospital I was visiting suggested I should get transferred to Kims sreechand for c-section surgery and the Nicu facility afterwards.I can surely say that Kims sreechand hospital has the best Neonatal care in Kannur. My baby got excellent care under doctors Ashley, Sapna and Sharad. The dedication and commitment of the nursing staff of nicu is also commendable. I myself have witnessed that they treat each baby with utmost care. Kudos to the nursing team lead by Somini and the nursing staffs Chelsea, Anju, Dhrishya, Arya, Dona, Ramya, Kochu Thresia, Akhila and Anusree. Thank you for all the care and love you are giving to these little babies.
