I had a fantastic experience at Samson Optical Fort road Kannur ! Mr. Sujith and Sharon provided excellent customer service. They were both very patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect optical sunglasses. Their attention to detail and customer-focused approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality eyewear with great service! I bought Transmit blootooth enabled smart glasses with earphone. Attached photos.

Would never recommend this place. They do not take responsibility of their faults ! I have bought Zeiss glasses worth Rs.2200 from them on Feb 22. It had focus issue (the entire frame needed to be moved forward by 1cm to get clear focus). When I approached them, the solutions given were horrific. They asked me to either buy a digital glass which costs Rs.3000 more or to change the frame and crop the glasses (which obviously not going to work as only forward movement corrects the focus). Visited a nearby shop, they checked the glasses and found to be faulty. They gave new pair of glasses with the same frame and the focus is absolutely fine. I chose not to argue with Samson people only because I noticed the grim look on the owner's face when the sales person approached him to show problem with my glasses. Absolutely zero respect for customer issues !

Very bad in service. one of the high end frame that they sold is of second quality which got rusted and cracked within a few months. Specs which i bought got rusted and the frame gave away because of which the lens fell and scratched. When approached for repairs they gave the some lame theory that the frame got rusted because it was not properly maintained, they were not ready to even correct the same and required one day for adding a new screw in the frame, which took hardly 10 minutes from another shop.

They have got an amazing collection of frames. i think they have got exclusive collections of new trends and antic style frames whith genuine price. I am from trivandrum and somson opticals was suggested by my cousins while i was on a vacation . I still remember Mr George Thomas (saji uncle)MD of the firm who is very gentile and genuine person. I wish if they could start a branch in my place. With same service. 100% genuine people

Recommended for Sunglass and zero power glasses. I won't recommend for powered glasses... Price is average. Salesman just want us to buy quickly from there. On call they offer less rate and on visit they hike. I would better prefer Sona Optical

I know them since 1997 I wont suggest any other opticals other than samson opticals situated at fort road kannur. 100% genuine friendly and they have got a good knowledge in this field. A place for genuine and original product's. I travel from calicut to kannur for their service. Worth doing it.

I prefer samson opticals for good and resonable price. Place for people who are looking for genuine and orginal products.Good dealing. Best sales man with good knowledge on optics. This is my 2nd purchase am a verry happy customer.
