Dr. Suresh Babu's Eye Clinic Kasargod

I recently visited the Dr. Suresh Babu Eye Foundation clinic with my mother for a refraction test. I requested a doctor who was not too busy to see my mother, who wears glasses for a sight issue. The reception suggested Dr. Fayiza and we were told that they would call us by my mother's name. However, when we were called in to see the doctor, it turned out to be Dr. Suresh Babu instead. Dr. Suresh was not very patient friendly and seemed more focused on the computer screen than on my mother's actual eye condition. It was only after some confusion with another patient with the same name that we realized there was no proper verification process before consulting patients by the doctors or nurses. Thankfully, there was a technician who realized the mistake and helped us through the procedure. However, in the end, Dr. Suresh did not want to see us after the confusion. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and verification processes at the clinic. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future to provide a better experience for patients.

Very good doctors and friendly atmosphere.

One of the or maybe the only best eye clinic in kasaragod. Everything is computerised and systematic. Doctor is so mindful and we'll behaved. All the modern amenities available and you won't regret visiting this doctor. Edit: Spectacles were reasonably priced.

Heard good about this doctor so I visited there. Reached at 9 am and after several examinations by the juniors till 2 PM managed to see Dr.Suresh babu. Surprisingly without testing my eyes he changed the power of the spec his junior suggested. In fact he doesn't have the time to see patients. Pathetic approach with the old age people who visits there. Making them to wait a long hours even after the token system. Worst experience ever.

Worst eye doctor ever seen. Prescribing steroid eye drops for kids just because of a little eye dryness. Please don't use these eye drops especially on kids which can further cause more damage which can even lead to blindness or glaucoma. Doctor is very bad cheating people for money and trying to worsen the eye problem. Pathetic experience. Don't consult ever. You will regret it

One of the Best eye care hospital in Kasaragod... Just loved the atmosphere of hospital, Best doctors and Friendly staffs also the way they communicate to patients is really good...
