Need to seriously improve on the service side - almost no or delayed response for our requests/queries.

What can i do my lens ? Worst experiens with the service. I bought air series. Within 2 months its leg broken. Then i visit the shop they are not providing warranty or guarantee for frames. Ok then i revisited the shop for changing the frame with any cost. Because my lens is not damaged or not even scratched. But they don't providing frames without glass. What reason is this. What can i do my lens ?

Very bad experience with the staffs and services. They are making us fool with the warranty you get nothing with the warranty. The warranty cover just colour fading and peeling of the paint. Broken or any damages not covered with the warranty. Don't buy from here. Please select any local shops for good warranty coverages

Very bad experience and poor customer service. As per Google data the shop opens at 10.30 am. I visited the shop by 11.30 am and explained my requirement politely to a lady staff present there. And she behaved rudely and denied the service. She advised me to come by 1.00 pm. Then what do you mean by shop opens by 10.00 am? What do you mean by customer service?

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The store offers free eye testing and also good collection of glasses, and it takes about a week to receive them after placing an order.
