Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. My family and I were left standing for nearly 20 minutes without a single staff member bothering to approach or assist us. It was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Such unprofessional and careless behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this showroom — there are far better places that value their customers.

I visited this Lenskart showroom today with my wife, intending to upgrade our glasses. The store had customers, and three staff members were engaged in their work, so we waited patiently. When a salesman finished assisting another customer, I asked him where the computer glasses were. He clearly heard me, but instead of helping, he completely ignored us and attended to another customer who arrived after us. It’s basic courtesy to acknowledge waiting customers, even if you're busy. If he had simply pointed us in the right direction, I wouldn't have written this review. Unfortunately, this was our first bad experience after visiting multiple Lenskart showrooms. NOTE : ALREADY SHARED THIS THROUGH MAIL. NO NEED TO REPLY SAYING 'WRITE TO US' 🙂 On the bright side, we found what we needed at the Titan Eye+ showroom nearby. Their staff was professional, the quality of products was superior, and the customer service was excellent.

Situated opposite to Aluva Metro Station. Store and collections are satisfiable , deducting the 2 stars for their service. The staff doesn't bother to show glasses to the customers. Even if we ask them to suggest some models they just stroll around there and leave that selection back to us. Only thing they are excited about is to forcely make us rate their store.

Unlike some staff who may seem rushed or indifferent, she was genuinely attentive and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. She is a real asset to the store!
