**A Truly Disappointing Experience with Lenskart** I had one of the worst customer experiences with Lenskart and feel compelled to share it. In October 2024, I purchased a pair of specs worth ₹31,000 from Lenskart, which were advertised as *unbreakable and scratch-proof*. Unfortunately, the ordeal started right after placing the order. The product arrived at the showroom after 8 days, but it was defective. It had to be sent back, and I finally received the replacement after another 8 days—already a frustrating delay. However, the real disappointment came four months later when the lens, which was supposedly "unbreakable," broke during normal usage. When I visited the showroom to request a replacement under the promised durability specs, I was told that my selected model was unavailable. They redirected me to another outlet, but even there, the model wasn’t in stock. In the end, I was *forced* to settle for a different model—*not what I paid for or wanted*—just because Lenskart failed to stock or fulfill their commitment. For a brand that promotes premium quality and service, this was a complete letdown. Poor product quality, false claims, lack of stock, and an overall frustrating customer experience. **I do not advise anyone to choose Lenskart.** It’s not worth the price, the wait, or the disappointment.
