Good. Neat and clean. Doctors and staffs are friendly and helpful.. Only one problem here is toomuch waiting time for consultation.. My daughter did her SILK eye surgery here.. This is the only hospital which provides SILK in Ernakulam.. Special thanks to Dr. Kala thottam and her team

Nice experience. Would recommend for routine checkups. I went for a routine checkup which costed me Rs 300 for consultation. Prefer afternoons since the place is very crowded in the mornings. Also the place has parking in the front as well as behind, but could be full due to the crowd.

Chaithanya eye institute, truely was a life changing decision for my mother. From the very begining day itself we had positive thoughts in our minds,surely because of the confidence given by the doctors and staffs. The hospital ambience and highly sofisticated equipments added more confidence in our minds. My mother had undergone cataract surgery. All the staffs, right from the front desk to the operation theatre, were highly co-perative. Doctors were extremely qualified enough to explain all the facts about my mother's case. We consulted Dr mathew kurian, dr.rahul r menon,dr.vineetha,dr vyshakhi.The way all the doctors were approaching the patients is highly appreciable. All of them have accurately done the diagnosis and planned the treatment for my mother. Dr mathew kurian has done the cataract surgery. A heart full of thanks 🙏 to doctor. I had approached Chaithanya Eye hospital regarding my mother's cataract review. Overall experience was great. Insurance was handled well too with a single person assigned for the same. Extremely happy with Chaithanya , Palarivattam. My cataract surgery was done by Dr Mathew Kurien. Apart from the fact that I Would rate him as one of the best in this field , he is very approachable, he has time & patience to address all your queries. The nursing staff, the counselling staff , office & the various depts where the tests were done were all very good. Appreciate the support staff for the cleanliness of the hospital. Over all my personal experience was excellent.

I have been consulting here for the last 1 year regarding my various eye related issue such as dryness, cataract, High myopia etc. What i love about the place are the helping attitude of Doctors, nurses and other managing staff. They are very calm and helpful in doubt handing. I always have lots of concerns and they are the best in handling them and giving good treatmet. Online booking could be even more helpful.
