I recently had an outstanding experience at Edimannickal EDGE Opticals in Kochi. After visiting several optical shops in the area and feeling disappointed, my visit to EDGE was a refreshing change. The staff took the time to educate me on every aspect of lens selection, ensuring I made an informed decision. I opted for the Zeiss Light 3DV lenses, and EDGE provided a 15-day trial period to ensure my comfort. When I encountered some adaptation issues, they promptly arranged a one-on-one troubleshooting session with the Zeiss lens team. This thorough examination identified the problem, and a solution was provided. I’m currently awaiting the corrected lenses and have full confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Update (05 March 2025): They have resolved all my issues!
