Titan Eye+ at Kadvanthara, Cochin

Took a specs from titan kadavantra and they have place one lens as photochromatic and one as normal. Poor quality checks done by Titan eyelpus Kadavantra. Never expect this from a Tata Brand

There was a problem with courier not with the showroom. Mr. Prabhakaran , the showroom manager, was prompt and proactive and the glasses were delivered today. I am leaving kochi so the prompt action allows me to leave with new specs. I am typing with them on. The staff was courteous throughout. Alls well that ends well. Thank you

Very much customer friendly and the staffs are well behaved. My problem with the specs got resolved within minutes. Nice collection of sunglasses and good range of frames.

The staff was quite rude, especially the in-charge, who was unhelpful and unwelcoming. The frame I was looking for, which I had previously purchased from Lulu Titan Eye Plus, was unavailable at this shop. When I inquired about the possibility of getting the same frame in the future, the in-charge showed no interest in assisting me. Their stock is also quite limited. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Worst experience.

1 star for their quality of the product(Lens) This is the second time this has happened. I've paid around 4k for this product. Coating gets peeled off right after 1 year. Go get Titan Products if you want a cheap product with expensive price tag. Better to visit Laly opticals, at least you'll get good quality lens in a decent price.
