So, bad times started when a friend of mine sat on my 1 year old Maui Jim. Yes, she sat on it. The right temple broke. Heartbroken, I went to a Titan Eye Plus near me. They said the worst that no Maui Jim owner wants to hear - "We are sorry, but this is beyond repair. Nothing can be done". And I thought that's it - INR 20000 down the drain. While I was still trying to console myself - for some reason, my wife forced me to take it Lulu Malls Titan Eye Plus. So, I went. The executive Neha Jadaun took a look and I was expecting her to say the same dreaded thing that I had heard before. But, she said "let me try". I was not sure what to feel. I felt happy that atleast she said that she will try. She told me that she will try vendors and other stores and try her best. In a week's time, I got a call from her that asserted that she is still trying. I was now sure that nothing will happen. But after some days - I got a call where she told us that she was able to get hold of spare temples for my glasses. EPIC WTF moment for me!!! She told us to wait for some more days and she will call me to collect the glasses. I was still in disbelief. Again, she called and told me to come and collect. I couldn't believe the repaired piece in front of me. Flawless repair, original spares. Literally felt like slapping myself to ensure I was not dreaming. Neha is a true customer service professional - she underpromises and over delivers!!! Courteous, prompt on her communication and always to the point - she is a gem. I am so happy that I purchased my Maui Jims from Titan Eye Plus where such great service is given by people like Neha. Many big companies forget this - it's the customer service that matters more than the marketing. I will never go anywhere else now for my specs shopping. Impressed with the service I recieved - I ordered another specs from Titan Eye Plus. It was an impulse buy - a small thank you for helping me out. Not perfect. When delivered i noticed lens and frame are not attached perfectly and there is a small bent. When informed, they said it was like that only. As usual TATA showed its bad quality products

Excellent Collection. But the biggest negative point, this showroom is not visible at all. You have to expand the visibility. I came here because I know what is Titn +. Otherwise I wouldn’t have visited. I have suggested the same to the store manager also. Thanks

I want to give one suggestion about your store location is not good in mall it is not that visible we allready tried frame in lenskart and Lens and frame but my friend was will get good frame in titan store only then we search in whole mall we unable to find out after that we search on goggle and call lanline number then that staff help to us
