Dr. Sandhya's Vista Eye Care and Opticals

I recently visited an eye clinic for conjunctivitis, and I had a great experience. The doctor was very professional and provided the right treatment. My condition improved quickly, and I was completely cured within a week. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend for quality eye care!

When you visit an eye clinic which has an optical shop, usually you get pushed to buy a spec. Dr Sandhya, on the other hand advised me not to get a specs! I had great experience. The lady who tested my vision, though I don't remember her name, clearly explained everything and educated me about spherical and cylindrical issues. If you're looking for an expert advice and care for your eye problems, please don't hesitate even for a moment to go there

We visited Dr.Sandhya's clinic for eye check up of entire family on 15-07-23. Comfortable parking area and excellent facilities. We had taken appointment over phone and reached at 10am sharp. There was no waiting and check up was completed quickly. Support staff very cordial and friendly. Doctor was communicating very earnestly and gently. Very much service oriented and not money minded at all. All in all, a great experience! Highly recommended!

Absolutely frustrating 😡. Even for review after the first appointment they charged me. I was asked to come for the review after 15 days. Before leaving, I asked about the fee and was told there would be none. Strangely, as I was leaving, she called me back and demanded a payment of Rs 300. I don't believe these actions align with the medical ethic they have put up outside. Nothing but a money minded attitude. And ever since I posted a negative review they are annoying me with calls and messages. Seems like they are desperate for a paid 5 star review.

"Excellent office staff and eyewear team. Doctor Sandhya was able to figure out why my mother's vision made her feel so sick and worked out that she had catract for both eyes and thorough screening was done for diabetic retinopathy and glad that it was not present. surgery was done for both eyes for catract with clear pre operative and post operative instructions (written).Post surgery the eyewear team and optometrist made sure she got what she needed (reading glasses). Dr Sandhya and her team also experienced diabetic disorder that can impact eyes and was able to do the exam that she need routinely to monitor the concerns from my mother's condition that she haven’t been able to find a provider to do before. I highly recommend them all Thanks!
