I had a disappointing experience with Lenskart. In June, I purchased spectacles under their "Buy One Get One Free" offer. Unfortunately, by December, one of the spectacles broke as the screws rusted and gave way. The team assured me of a replacement, and I waited for the replacement glass, which arrived last Friday. When I went to collect it, I checked the glasses and was shocked to find that the power was significantly off, rendering them unusable. The service was unprofessional and highly unsatisfactory throughout the process. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I do not recommend Lenskart based on their poor product quality and inadequate service. /**Great Service & Support – Upgraded to 4 Stars!*// Initially, I had some issues, but Lenskart resolved them efficiently. Good collection of frames, excellent staff especially Vismaya who was very patient, courteous. She helped us to pick right frames within our budget. Only 3-4 cars can be parked at a time & showroom is on a busy infopark road

Extremely disappointed with staff & service we went today morning around 11-12 pm to fix the leg of the specs that came off since the screw fell off. The lady who attended didn’t seem very pleasant and she said “it just needs screwing, will be done by evening, I’ll call”. We waited for the call till 7 pm and then tried calling the store multiple times, no one attended and we had to go there. The work wasn’t done and they said either come back tomorrow or it will take 45 minutes to fix it. We were very disappointed and so we went to another lenskart store on Seaport - Airport Rd, Chittethukara. Here the staff were friendly and they took the glass, did our service registration (we got WhatsApp message) and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The first store didn’t even do our service registration, and even after 7 hours , they said they need 45 minutes to put in a simple screw.

Great physical collections and the staff in the store were super friendly and cleared many doubts. Also, they were good at suggesting perfect frames for my face. Completely Satisfied ❤️

She has absolute command on the job, she is super confident and she handled customers of two different age group with absolute grace. For me she is a role model.
