1. Lens replacement. They will bill you first. The next day they will check the frame and find out a crack on it and FORCE you to buy a new frame. If we refuse they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. EDIT:See the ARROGANCE of response. They are not admitting that they are responsible to check any frame damage before taking payment from the customer for lens. WHO ASKED YOU TO TAKE PAYMENT FOR MY LENS BEFORE CHECKING MY FRAME? An advice to the store owner. At least avoid replying if you do not want to worsen customer experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Titan Eye Plus, Kakkanad. I purchased a shades along with frame & lens from this store, expecting good quality, but it turned out to be very poor. The frame feels cheaply made, weak, and poorly constructed. I can tell it just long lasted for 6 months and broke after the 6 months warranty period. For the price I paid, I expected a product that was durable and worth the money. On top of this, the customer service was lacking. When I raised my concerns about the frame’s quality, the staff did not seem interested in helping or offering any other solution than purchasing a new one since the warranty period was just got over. They themselves decided that it was broken due to the mishandle from my side which is false. It felt like they just wanted to make a sale without caring if the customer was satisfied. I trusted this store to provide quality, but instead, I feel ripped off. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable. I regret spending my money here, and I strongly urge others to stay away from Titan Eye Plus, Kakkanad. Poor quality products and zero commitment to customer satisfaction – this store is the definition of terrible service."

Recently visited the Titan EyePlus showroom and highly impressed with their service. The staff was professional and attentive.They have a vast collection of frames and lenses, which made it easy to find something that suited my preferences. I also appreciated their commitment to on-time delivery.Excellent service and quality—highly recommend!

Quality of the frames are very bad. Recently bought a eyeglass for 5k which was very flimsy and broke only within a few weeks. Quality of the lens are in good either.
