Hitech Cataract Surgery available here. Good hospital. Nice staff.

Good for perumbavoor aluva KSRTC ROAD (MUNNAR ROAD ) when i go there after noon so not rush here and good service and also they give certificate for license for new license and its only charges 200/- may be flutuated and i posted a photo that the time i came onam so near inside they run a glass shop for coustemrs.

The wait is too long. I think they are understaffed. There are AC vents but none works and there are no fans ( ceiling or portable) for patients, while the doctors and staff get one of those. Won’t recommend.

I will really go for -1 million star or more. Consult for my daughter was not able identify the problem. After a while when I request for a diagnostic report even after waiting and visiting two time to the hospital (14-09-2021). Not able to give it on time. Definitely I won’t suggest this kind of facility to anybody who value their time and money.

Not customer friendly. The receptionist and other staffs were not at all friendly and treated a little rude. No correct time to see a doctor was given by the staffs.

I have came to consult a doctor and im waiting for long time. The administration was very poor calling the patients inorder basis. They are not followed first come first serve policy. This is my worst experience that i had and enquire the receptionist regarding the same and she told to me wait and will call you. And i have sit long time after me some of the patients has consult doctor... 😠😠
