I am delighted to have an opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr.Sushil Daniel for diligently caring for my eye problems – overall it was such a positive experience. He is not only professional but always attentive to my concerns. Dr.Sushil is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to explain things and asks you if you have any questions or concerns. He takes as much time as you need to make sure your questions are answered and is always friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Grace Eye Clinic to anyone looking for great eye care.

Me and my wife have been loyal patients of this ophthalmologist Dr.Sushil Daniel since he started his clinic many years back, expecting a certain level of care and respect. However, his recent behaviour has been surprisingly indifferent, causing distress for both of us. How would one feel if he/she is greeted with the word “ have you washed your hands” instead of the usual formal greetings.? Definitely, the person getting into the room will feel insulted as this practices were there only at the time of Covid and everyone religiously followed it as a precautionary measure to avoid covid infection to a certain level. Ironically, a patient who went to his room before us was seen killing mosquitos in the waiting room one after the other and he walked in with the blood stained hands, without washing his hands and came out after the required consultation. When I enquired about this incident, he shot back, it depends on ones integrity.., now, is he as a doctor sitting there to check a patient’s integrity or his/her eyes.?? Well, If he is so concerned about personal hygiene he should in the first place keep his waiting room free from Mosquitos and clean and then talk about personal hygiene. Therefore, my humble request to patients visiting this clinic would be, please do carry a good mosquito repellent with you when you visit this clinic, else, you will bitten badly by a swarm of mosquitos. Be warned..!! Additionally, his unpredictable and arbitrary fee structure is unsettling, as it deviates from standard medical billing practices. Visited Grace Eye Clinics with my wife to check her left eye which was little red. Dr, examine the eye and prescribed a oilment. Clinics was small but there were chair for patient. All visitor had to wash there hand with soup before entering the doctor's cabin. Doctor charge Rs 300/- directly without any receipts. One has to take token.

Very bad experience, too expensively and doctor is very rude towards the patients. Meanwhile, Fathima eye clinic have good service and adequate charge.

Very bad experience 👎👎👎 !!!! Dr sushil daniel was very rude and unpolite. I took my daughter cause she had an irritated left eye and he charged us ₹500, just for looking at it. Im positive he charged us extra, even well known eye hospitals dont charge this much for simply looking at someones "eye".

Had a very bad experience with Dr. Sushil Daniel. He was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't conduct the test properly. Totally unprofessional. 😡😡😡 Would never recommend. Please go to Giridhar eye clinic..... Much better service.

Had a very bad experience... Very rude attitude against patients. Not satisfied with the tests and the fees. Almost charged 400(+200) for check the Len's power Where lens shops doing it for free...

A well know eye clinic with experienced doctor. No prebooking required. Just visit and take a token from the stack left on table. Well diagnosed and adviced. There is a specs shop available within the clinic. A Dental clinic is also there, taken care by another doc.
