Hospital might be good and doctors might be professionals but the basic hygiene concept is not maintained here. I am not sure the reasons for patients removing the foot wears before entering the hospital whereas the staffs wear all fancy foot wears inside . Where is hygiene? Am interested to know from the hospital authority how does this improve hygiene? Better to change the insights as hospitals are the place where hygiene needs to be maintained .

I got a very bad experience from there. I suffered from allergic issues and did not receive proper treatment or medication. This is not my first experience. I had a bad experience before.

In case you have any other option please choose a different hospital. They keep on changing the amount for operations especially if you have medical insurance. Start with small amount and keep on adding the cost mentioning different excuses. The credit card facilities at the front desk does not work for most of the days. I would recommend not to use Nethra Kodungallur

They are unable to provide a test printout for the 19500 surgery, so we must go out to obtain one. Unfortunately, there are no nearby shops available for this purpose. Upon arrival, we wore surgical masks which were later removed and replaced with chargeable masks administered barehanded by the receptionist, which seems unusual. Additionally, staff members were observed wearing slippers from outdoors and others were instructed to keep theirs outside. The receptionist's behavior was dreadful.
