Recently visited the clinic for a catract operation by Dr. Sobha. K, most of the staffs are found very friendly and moreover Doctor is very polite, never try to panic the patients instead as a doctor she explain the Pros and Cons in details overall we are happy and suggest others for a better treatments....

Very bad and irresponsible behaviour from person who is attending doctor appointment call. Today morning I called this clinic appointment phone number to get an appointment for eye doctor. And the person who took the appointment call talked in a bad behaviour as we enquire about which day eye doctor is available. She didn't give us the details or date for another day when the doctor is available and cut the call in a arrogant manner without any provoking from our side. Mr. Atmaram, please check or correct the behaviour of your booking staffs towards patients who call to book appointment with your clinic

I accompanied my wife to the Ophthalmology department, but the staff's interaction was lackluster and disinterested. I regretted choosing that hospital; it seemed more like a business than a place providing hospitality services.
