I had a great experience at this hospital. Staffs are very professional and welcoming especially Dr. Anish Madhavan. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Anish patiently addressed all of my concerns and went into great detail to clarify my issue. The diagnostic procedures were completed quickly, and the results were presented in an understandable way. The treatment plan was laid out in detail, and I had faith in the care I received. I also like the post-visit follow-up care they offered. Their genuine concern for their patients' well-being is evident. For anyone looking for high-quality eye care, I heartily suggest this eye hospital!

I recently visited Dr Anish Madhavan for my eye care needs, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the doctor's expertise and bedside manner.The consultancy services provided by the doctor were top-notch. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the poor service at the opticals showroom attached to the clinic. When I tried to get my specs changed, the staff seemed uncooperative and dismissive, insisting that the current specs were fine and didn't need to be changed. If you need to change your specs, I'd recommend taking your prescription elsewhere. There are plenty of other good optical showrooms that can provide better service and expertise.I hope the clinic management will take steps to improve this aspect of their service.

I had a disappointing experience I went in for treatment of a stye, and the doctor performed chelation surgery. Unfortunately, my eyelid did not heal as expected. When I reached out to discuss my concerns, I felt dismissed which was unprofessional and upsetting. I expected better care from a medical facility. I hope they can improve their patient interactions.

Excellent services and best treatment I have ever seen in an eye hospital. Got eye surgery done for my Uncle.Dr. Anish madavan surgeon was very professional and polite and the procedure was absolutely pain-free and comfortable. The results are excellent and the entire process was hassle free and his team’s commitment to their profession is really commendable. Their cooperative behavior during the cataract operation and post-operation follow up to make us write this review. Special thank to the staff for being polite and so attentive, the facilities are of A-one quality. Clean and sanitized place it is. If you go for an eye problem, I suggest you go there and you won’t regret having treated there. Dr & the team were very kind & polite to answer our queries. Had a great experience. His patient-friendly approach and presentation before, during and postoperative visits by me were remarkable and awesome.
