Here is my first experience ,need appointment for consultation. Neet and hygienic surroundings. Easy to access

I had a very bad experience and even after waiting for a long time I did not get a chance to tell someone about the purpose of my visit and at last I just got out of that place. There were no parking facilities and the clinic itself seems so congested with no place to move around. After entering into the main entrance there is a steep stair to a semi underground floor where the consulting room and the same is not properly designed for aged people. The female staff both in the reception as well as the nursing assistants are so lazy and seem just wasting time rather than attending the customers. The doctor has to take a series of in-house training programs for her staff especially for customer satisfaction and the necessity of how politely they deal with customers.

Very good treatment & facilities

I don't know anything about the treatment offered by them. But I had a bad experience from the centre that I didn't get from any where. I week before I called them to fix an appointment and one lady was picked up by the call and she was very rude and she was not even ready listern like what iam telling and she cut the phone suddenly . Personally I didn't like her approach towards the public.

A good eye care hospital with an attached eye shop for convenience. Easily accessible through train and bus travel, located at the main road side with limited car parking area. Experienced doctor at the time of our visit. Thank you.

Visited the eye hospital many times, great experience, efficient doctor whom which we can approach easily, friendly staff and opticals good service.
