Worst optical centre ever. Please don't go. Doctor and the staff, both don't know to behave properly. Mis behaved, very rude, uncultured ones. Staff thinks that the entire Kollam city belongs to her. They behaved very rude to my Mom and even asked if she is pregnant because of having a belly fat. Before asking the name , doctor even enquired about her bag because they were very cautious about the money. Main oola is the doctor who is a lady and next oola is the staff accompanying her. Is this the way you are running an outlet?

The name Karunya and the percentage of discount offers are only on their boards. They charged me a high price for a frame from the market price. A man who is sitting on the front desk is very rude and you can't expect any proper answer for your queries. Consider this optical as the LAST OPTION at Kollam.

Karunya has no karunya(Mercy). Went there to get a second frame fitted with proscription ( Karunya's) glass on a frame I had brought online. They happily lied to me that the lens can't be fitted on the frame. Went to another shop they fitted it with out any trouble. Won't go there even if an elephant dragged me there.

Really very pathetic and bad behaviour from the shopkeeper (manager).he really dont know how to talk or to behave to a customer. Very bad behaviour from the entire staffs there..full of gimics..looting money from the customers in the brand name "karunya".i didnt suggest anyone to visit there atleast for a window shopping.really really very bad emperience.The manager especially is an ooolaaa.

Very worst experience with doctor and staffs.They told us to wait for doctor consultation and when we got inside the doctor room,she ran for lunch.we waited there for around half and hour with our one year baby.
