Titan Eye+ at Chinnakada, Kollam

The prices are not friendly in nature. Very stubborn in terms of pricing and they are offering discounts only when more than one is purchased. The form of communication is also not as expected. Choice is also limited as compared to premium optical shops.

No wonder this place has such good reviews.. I've never experienced customer service like this before. All the staffs present were extremely professional. I went in for an eye check up and for ordering a new pair of spectacles. The collection here is so good. I was able to pick up two new pairs at a very affordable rate. The eye check up was also very detailed and professional. When I told them that I might me out of station and might not be able to collect the order on the day of delivery they offered to courier it for me. I was very surprised by this as none of the other shops do this that to free of cost.. Excellent Job Guys 😊

These google reviews here made my mind to visit their store , In the beginning their customer support was top notch , after buying items most of the staffs behaviour will change , but in here till now their customer support is still the same , solved all my issues with the specs on time without any delay .. Keep maintaining .. thumbs up .. 😃

Extremely happy with the service nd the staff. They made a mistake with my order, but even then the way the handled the whole situation starting by admitting the mistake then doing whatever they can to rectify + one of the staff even volunteered nd delivered my backup glasses to my home since I was out of station. Appreciate the excellent support. Thank you nd will visit again.

Bought a Fastrack sunglass it's really nice and worthy, good Customer service and the Staffs are polite to customers, Parking space are also available.

It was my first visit to this store and I'm highly satisfied with their service. They do have a lot of collections of spectacles. Eye checkup and it's further proceedings, even the minor detail explanation was good.
