I have been at this Eye Hospital for 4 nights thus far, contemplating to stay for my son's eye treatment for about three to four weeks with my daughter who is our tour guide. The services rendered to us from the time of admission on this massive property, consisting of buildings, medical facilities, labs of various types, herbal farming , the surroundings covered by natural forests and native birds is comparable to the very best in the world one can think of.I am so impressed to see that things are done with precision. Straight after the admission we were taken to our residential flat which was so welcoming- clean ,neat and tidy with all facilities in the toilet, bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. The medical team went into action. Initial tests were done on my son and from Monday morning at 7.45am medical procedures started being executed. From the medical team to the support staff, I have ascertained that people work with professionalism, with a caring attitude and ready to help. The catering services are great. Just a while ago, the catering manager visited me, gave me his contact if I need to speak to him. I'm learning a lot but have to learn much faster about life, team work and humanity in general. The knowledge I gave gained so far has been an awesome learning experience pertaining to many aspects of life. I came a country with with a world class medical facilities where the doctors told me that there is no western medical technology at least for the next hundred year to cure the nature of the blindness my son is having. Given a wide variety of treatment being administered, and from the experiences of the former patients of the hospital, I am affirmative that my son's vision will be restored, and I also understand that that this is not a treatment for a viral infection which can be cured just in a couple of days.There are many more journeys ahead.

Many people visit from far and wide seeking treatment, and I had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. However, my visit left me with a mix of positive and negative impressions. I traveled a long distance with my family from Tamil Nadu to Kerala solely for an eye checkup. While I had high expectations, the initial experience was disappointing due to the lack of proper welcoming and guidance. For a hospital of this scale, I believe a more systematic and courteous approach to receiving patients could significantly improve the first impression. The process itself was lengthy, taking nearly three hours. It started with a basic consultation by junior doctors, which involved gathering medical history, conducting refraction, and vision tests. This part of the process cost around ₹170-₹200 and took about half an hour. Following this, we waited to meet the main doctor for the consultation we had initially come for. The consultation fee with the senior doctor was ₹250, and based on the tests and reports, medications were prescribed. While the treatment seemed thorough, the medications prescribed were costlier as I expected. One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was the food court. After waiting all morning for the consultations, we were hungry, but the food service was poorly organized. It took over an hour for us to get breakfast, even after completing the billing and payment. Adding to the frustration, there was confusion as the staff billed us for food that was already finished and unavailable [images attached]. Such issues caused unnecessary delays and left a bad impression. Overall, while the hospital provides quality treatment, there are several areas that need improvement. The long wait times, lack of proper hospitality, and disorganized food service detract from the overall experience. If these issues are addressed, it would greatly enhance the satisfaction of visitors who often travel long distances for treatment. Personally, I am only partially satisfied with the visit and believe the hospital has the potential to offer a much better experience with some systematic changes.

In my opinion, Ayurvedic approaches any eye related issues is the best choice. Sreedhareeyam is the best inpatient choice.Tody 18th May, when I visited again I experienced very poor condition in their Toilets . Drainage and sanitary water flooded all over . Not caring about public Hygiene.
