Bharath Hospital

Only because of Dr. Biggs Saravanan, the best gastroenterologist in Kerala, we still visit Bharath Hospital. However, the management is poor, and the staff is inadequately trained. While the staff is trying their best, we can still experience their lack of proper training (not referring to nursing care or doctors). This is especially evident with the staff working in the pharmacy, billing, etc. They don't understand the meaning of 'appointment.' I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a scan, but we had to wait in a long queue to get a token. The same issue occurred in other departments as well—either the staff are too busy to assist or they don't communicate properly in Malayalam. P.S. A recent survey found that 8 out of 10 Malayalis are obese. The OP service is on the fourth floor, but the elevator is frequently out of order

Dr Sandya radiologist - wont recommend.She did a 20 weeks anomaly scan for me last year and result was disappointing.Went to another hospital soon and no such issues in the scan..Booked scan a week ago that time and told me to go there at 10 am and my name was called at 3 pm. She was rude to me even before doing the scan for not registering with any OB gynaec doctor there.I just wanted a scan done as I came for vacation and I confirmed this with receptionist while booking.May be that‘s the reason she gave me such a scan report to make me consult gynaec doctor there.Business trick!!! Again last month,no respect for a mother holding baby.I stood in the queue for long time with my baby .Men from behind were acting smart by telling the OP number and booking before me.Then what’s the point of being in a queue.The best part is the staff there who was a lady too was not even considering me who was standing in front and was just listening to the men voice.I had to raise my voice there . To be sure wont visit this hospital again . Not eligible for even 1 star.

I met a extra decent doctor cardiology Mr. Sushanth sir. Excellent experience was with me.Also specially ICCU sisters behaviour and care was outstanding and they are really angels.... Thankyou dears...GOD bless you dears.

One of the good hospital in kottayam town. Very good service. Nurses service is excellent. Experienced doctors and their treatment is excellent. Medical team is very good. Parking space also provided. Crowded hospital. Staffs are very good behavior. Hospital outside and inside is very hygiene. Road facilities want to improve. Treatments were providing in fastly. So happy to see the hospital is growing fastly. Special thanks for Dr. Mini C. G, Ophthalmology department. I am very satisfied for the treatment. 👍🙏

**We will be uploading the video related to this incident in the YouTube channel named "Mummy and Me"**I and my family had a very worse experience with this hospital.I recently visited this hospital with my 4 year old kid facing a small issue beneath the skin of her nail.There was something like a small thorn stuck in between her nail and skin .We consulted Dr.Bipin P Mathew.After waiting for long hours in the op he himself removed the stucked thing using a surgical blade(some cotton and this blade is only used).He just took 1 or 2 minutes for this.No other procedures were done The main thing we found shocked is the bill we got for this procedure.The amount to be paid is Rs 2400.Its a great mistake from our part to visit this hospital.I literally cried in the hospital since I am not too rich to afford this.How can a middle class one afford this kind of bills?Is it a hospital or a butcher market?It seems too pathetic.

Very bad experience. But nurses were good actually but the doctor was very rude and unpolite Especially in gastro department Very bad behavior from the doctor side Dr. Anoop was the consultant. Even theDuty doctor can explain the condition properly but specialist was very rude and not at all interested in explaning the patient condition and further care properly.

Really we have good satisfaction on the facilities that they were provided … especially the nurses … their services were excellent…. Nurses have a nice approach to the patients…. I prefer the hospital to every one..💯💯👍🏻🤍
