We have been waiting a long time to see the doctor, even after completing all the check-ups. If we come early, we still end up spending more than 5 hours a day in this hospital. Also, there is no proper cafeteria. Yes, there is one, but only in name—there is nothing available there, not even a decent coffee. I bought one coffee, but it tasted horrible. I spent ₹50 for two coffees and a water bottle, but it felt like a complete waste of money. My father and mother are diabetic, which is why we came here, but they are still hungry and waiting for a call from the doctor

The approach to pre and post treatment is exceptional, well-informed, and organized, supported by skilled doctors. The staff is highly helpful, polite, and respectful, which greatly helps in easing anxiety. The only area of concern is operational efficiency, as delays are a known issue, so it's important to be prepared for that. Otherwise, everything is excellent.
I recently took my mom for her cataract surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire staff was incredibly supportive and attentive from start to finish, making the process comfortable and stress-free for us. The doctors explained everything thoroughly, and the surgery itself went smoothly. The care and professionalism displayed by everyone, from the front desk to the operating room, were exceptional. I had a wonderful experience at Chaitanya Eye Hospital. The facilities were clean, the doctor was very knowledgeable and skilled,and the staff was polite. I would definitely recommend this hospital for quality eye care.
Don't actually find ways to grade it holistically. Can't say I liked it or can't say I disliked it. But essentially the experience has ben disheartening not disappointing. While there could be many who find the hospital good very good or excellent I would rate it based on my personal experience over two consecutive days. Let me explain. One goes to a private or corporate hospital for better patient engagement care and management. To Start with, parking can be a problem. But it's manageable. The guy at the door is brilliant. Courteous efficient and seems to wear many hats. So don't fret if he's Not there. Maybe he has gone wheeling a patient. The problem was with the reception. With three or four executives seated one expected efficiency. But they made me feel as though they were doing me a favour. It took me about 25 mins for the unfriendly curt and impolite lady at the counter to register the patient whom I carried. Just couldn't digest her behaviour. The doctor was good. She explained the medical condition to us in her own way. Though she sounded very impersonal, I suppose professionals can choose their way. Maybe she didn't like my asking questions. I have NO reasons to complain. I feel it's ok to ask. In fact, patients must ask all the questions they feel they should ask. Another issue that put me off was tne sense of holding back information. Also I felt we were being goaded into the facility to order the glasses from within. If that's a marketing strategy, it's pretty bad strategy. Adminstration must seek to reform it. Having studied human behaviour from close range, I think the hospital is doing itself a disservice not seeming to share. I am in two minds about utilising the hospital for myself again. Hope the administration ACTUALLY reads it rather than outsourcing reading comments and does something about it.
Visiting for the very first time. Staffs and doctors are friendly and supportive. Had to wait for 2 hours to consult the doctor. Tea/snack counter available. Limited parking space.Road side oarking also xa be used. Bus stop just infront of the hospital. Wheel chair accessible entrance. Medicine and optical shops available.
