I had a very good experience with the city optik opposite new bus stand Kozhikode. I am doctor at Government General Hospital Kozhikode. My reading glass was purchased from city optik and within 2 months partly from my mistake and the party by somehow few scratches developed on the glass.. Amazing service. The staff were very patient and kind while we were searching for a good frame. They have a vast collection of frames. They patiently explained to us regarding the different brands of lens and their qualities. Probably the best experience l've had while searching for spectacles. 10/10, will recommend.
