I have had the honor of knowing Dr.Chandrakanth for over two decades.I can confidently say that he is one of the most dedicated and compassionate Ophthalmologist I have ever encountered. I sincerely wish to say that he is my God on earth.If it was not him I would have lost my husband. It iswith his care and God's grace that my husband is still with me. What sets him apart is his commitment to his patients. He is always available , even late at night, and will answer any calls or questions ensuring that you feel cared for at all times. . Dr Chandrakanth is truly dedicated to his craft,not driven by money but by a genuine desire to help others.He has a unique ability to build lasting relationships with his patients and even their families , making sure they are comfortable and well informed throughout the treatment process. Over all,I highly recommend. Dr Chandrakanth to anyone in need of eye care.His professionalism,compassion and dedication to his patients are truly unparalleled.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend Anymore I used to recommend Dr. Chandrakanth Nethralaya to friends and family, but after my recent visit, that ends here. The experience was nothing short of frustrating. The waiting time is ridiculously long – even if you come early, be prepared to sit for hours with no proper communication from the staff. Speaking of staff, the attitude is downright disappointing. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. Rude, dismissive, and absolutely unprofessional. There's zero coordination among the team, making everything chaotic, especially when you're being referred unnecessarily to other doctors within the same center. This place is the last option I’d consider in any emergency. The service is poor, the process is disorganized, and the entire visit felt like an agony. A terrible experience overall.

Went there early in the morning for an eye checkup. They asked us to wait. I waited patiently for 1 ½ hours, after which the power of my eyes were tested. Then again after around half an hour i was called by the doctor. Thankfully the consultation was quick and the medicines are really effective as of now. In short, the Doctors are fine. But the patient management is very poor. Reception area of the hospital is a chaotic place. Long waiting hours.

This hospital has been to different locations in the last couple of years.and now it looks like they are settled in their own new building. There is a separate parking ground and the whole hospital setup looks pretty good.

I had been to dr chandrakanth eye hospital today for my eye check up. I had issue with long distance reading. I got evaluated and also got my eye pressure check for free. They told me it was mandatory to get dilated retina check up done which would take another 1 hour but i had to go back soon so they gave me an option of undilated retina photo check up for wich i had to pay 1800/- but i didnt have to get my eyes dilated so it was ok. Then sent my reports to my whatsapp number i was impressed as they were promoting digitalisation of reports and also i can zoom my retina photo and also send it to my family easily. And all of this took just 15mins. I got a good branded spectacle and lens. It was quiet and ease to go through the process and planing to get my fathers eye check as it glaucoma awarness week

The hospital needs to severely improve their cleanliness. They do not have any wet wipe/ sanitizer in any area. They do not follow any COVID-19 protocols and the eye instruments and devices are not cleaned and sterilized. The nurses needs to improve on the patient interaction. The house keeping staff keeping walking with the broom/mop in the crowd and dirty the areas. Spelling mistake on the main doctors designation. Had to wait for 1.5 hours after taking the appointment. I have attached the below pictures which shows the state of the hospital. Wonder how come their license is getting renewed.

Very much expensive. They force every patient to purchase medicine and specs from there with huge rate. Waiting time is really exhausting. And every time you have to pay fees to see doctors, even if one day gap is there.

The hospitals new building was good. The booking service has developed a lot than I visited last time. The doctors and eye consultation was great.
