My mom had cataract surgery but is still unable to see. We've visited the doctor multiple times, and each time, we're told that everything will be fine. However, my mom has lost the vision in one eye and is really struggling. I feel it's important to share this experience, and I kindly recommend that anyone considering this hospital look for a better doctor elsewhere. It has been frustrating to pay for treatment with no improvement.

Three months ago, I developed severe red eyes and was misdiagnosed at two different hospitals. One doctor told me it was just an eye rash, while another (Comtrust Calicut) wrongly diagnosed it as bacterial conjunctivitis and prescribed ineffective medications. After days of no improvement and increasing frustration, I was running out of time—I had only three weeks left before traveling to Saudi for work. I went there again as there were no relief in pain. The doctor teases me " you can't run from it immediately, it will take minimum of 30 to 45 days. " She even narrated me a story of one of their nurses names Sa***** who have been suffering from the same condition, she said she were back on leave after morethan a month. Later I came to know why. A retired nurse advised me to visit Dr. Sreekanth’s Eye Clinic. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Sreekanth himself due to his busy schedule, but the clinic staff kindly arranged a consultation with Dr. Nandagopal. From the moment I met him, I knew I was in safe hands. Dr. Nandagopal conducted a detailed examination and immediately identified my condition as viral conjunctivitis, not bacterial. He explained the key differences, reassured me, and advised me to stop the incorrect treatment I had been using. Within just 48 hours, my eyes began to heal, and in five days, I was completely back to normal. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to travel to Saudi without any complications. Very bad experience. The management there is very bad. Everything is very delayed. The patient is treated carelessly. They charge too much for all the tests. Some of the staff behave very badly. They take too many patients that's why it takes a lot of time to see the doctor, buy medicine and other tests. The behavior of the staff at the opticals is very bad. I would only suggest 1 percent out of 10 there. Very worst experience

Best eye care hospital in Calicut from my experience. World class treatment and services from the veteran Dr. Sreekanth and his team. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff everywhere, good doctors, well maintained premises. There is a great cafeteria also at the entrance.

One of the worst experience. Frame got damaged within one year. When asked, sales man explained it is because of frame touching with nose. I dont understand how to wear a frame without touching nose. Poor quality material.

I Rarely give five stars … but Dr Sreekanth and team indeed deserves one . I had a persisting eye infection of 10 days and two other hospitals in the neighbourhood failed to identify the cause despite their brief slit lamp inspection …they were just giving me antibiotics . Fed up with them , I went to Dr Sreekanth’s eye care . They quickly identified the cause …. It was butterfly larvae hair stuck in eye !!!! … the micro hair had pierced into the cornea as catapulted by wall fan fixed on window , as I was reading , sitting in front of it . The team plucked out two hairs ..almost invisible ones . I got huge relief within 24 hours and the irritation and heavy swelling completely healed in a couple of days . Very professional and well Coordinated, the team does a wonderful job !! Thank you Dr Sreekanth’s eye care !!

Quality service and parking space available if it's not rush hour. Only Dr Sreekanth doctor require booking for cunsultation , other Dr's consultation you may walk in.Security man was helpful!!

They made it well and have a parking lot which is very useful especially when visiting with aged people. It's usually busy, but they manage well. They thoughtfully kept a cell phone charging station as well. The insurance desk is very next to the registration. The security guard is very helpful when visiting with aged people, and this deserves special thanks 👍
