very poor service,my mother brought a spex and it doesnt suit her properly.she was struggling a lot.we again went to the showroom for correction but the attitude of the staff was so bad and they didnt do anything.my mother was really disappointed and we went to another opticals and they corrected the lens and she is happy now.Also we paid the full amount for the useless glass and then we understood its costly too ..bcoz from the other optical shop it was cheaper too..Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience at this optical shop! The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect frame. The selection was amazing and they had so many beautiful lenses. The price was reasonable and I left satisfied with my new glasses.

Great shop. Fazl is a great person. I bought 2 frames and 4 lenses so far. They got it fixed in just couple of hours. .I dont need to look around for any other shop for my specs as long as they are around. I wish all the best to Neemas.

Coustomer service is excellent. All staff and owner of the shop is down to earth and having good behaviour and the eye testing and fitting of the lens to the frames very good procedure I appreciate the team for testing and fitting I have done the same from so many others places and I was not satisfied but in NEEMA’S I am very much satisfied The products they suggest and given by them is good for the value I am a happy Coustmer of NEEMA’S and I even suggest my friends and family to this shop
