i recently underwent icl surgery at trinity eye hospital calicut.A special thanks to dr. sujith nayanar sir, who was in the charge of icl procedure, for his expertise and precision in performing the surgery.the total procedure was smooth and the recovery has been excellent. hospital was very neet and clean.and special thanks o t staff. Facility and Dr consultation service is good but there is no token system , no organised service from staff they will call patients randomly, even we have booked priorly we should wait 2hour for our turn.This issues should be resolved and give importance to customer’s valuable timing

The staffs were extremely helpful and supportive. The doctor was also very nice. The hospital has got a very neat and clean atmosphere.

I had an appointment at Trinity Eye Hospital scheduled for 4:00 PM, but despite arriving on time, I wasn't able to see the doctor even by 7:00 PM. A three-hour delay without proper communication or updates is simply unacceptable. While I understand that things can get delayed, this kind of disregard for patients' time reflects poorly on the hospital’s management and service quality. I hope they improve their appointment scheduling and respect for patients in the future. Disappointing experience.
