I used to visit this hospital for my routine eye checkup

I had visited 2 times there.still I have pain in my eyes . Services are bad .i think they r working for money

Hospital facilities and treatment also very nice . But the optical store were not systematic and not give any proper way for dispatching the item. Very disappointing.. Please Dr mohan markose .. plz change the system and the staff also

I went to check my eye vision,and to change the lense if needed.They made me do scanning,retina check up, everything,but not provided a solution.It was a simple power variation issue,but the staff in the eye testing session told ,there is no change in vision even after changing lenses.Today I went Little flower angamaly ,they did the proper eye checkup with correct lenses and the vision clear now ,with slight variation in the lense.And I learnt a lesson that it's always better go to experts even if you have to travel a bit more.You can save time and money.

Doctors and other medical staff are well behaving and their service was good. They deserve 4 stars or more. But avoid the optical shop at all cost. They sold me a low quality product despite the high cost. Incompetent and unprofessional.

Dr Markose is a very good ophthalmologist, but don’t opt their shop to buy lenses and frames - They will just loot you.

In comparison,it's expensive. The medicines supplied are also costly, the same medicine is available cheaper in other brands. Reception staff not the best
