Very disappointing experience. The front office and reception services are extremely poor. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and they didn’t even bother to share the token number. Patients were not being attended to in the order they arrived or based on token numbers. Instead, it seemed like consultations were happening based on personal relationships or favoritism, which is highly unfair. I visited multiple times for an eye-related issue, and unfortunately, there was no improvement or proper resolution. Despite the high consultation fees, the service and treatment quality were not worth it. Not recommended. (Dear management; atleast kindly make the token system transperent.by sharing the token number to patient at the time of registration and display or verbally announce the consulting patients token Number)
