Good service Amazing behaviour of staffs

I got two pairs of eyeglasses on a BOGO deal for around ₹2,250, but when I opened them, only one had a microfiber cloth. Like, seriously? Went back to the store to ask about it, and they said it was out of stock and told me to come another day. Pulled up again later, and they hit me with the same excuse. Fast forward a few days, and my glasses got scratched—probably because I didn’t have the right cloth. Used a random microfiber one, but I don’t think it was meant for eyeglasses, so that might’ve messed them up. And honestly, the quality is trash. The lenses and the metal frame feel so cheap.

It was really nice , staff was very patient ,cooperative and helpful and the store has pretty decent collections of frames
